Tiffany M. Garriga is a political activist, community leader and elected official. Tiffany is currently serving her second term as Alderman for the 2nd ward and is the Majority Leader of the Common Council in the City of Hudson, New York. During her Tenure, Tiffany has served on the Police, Youth and Aging, Finance and Legal Committees.
She formed and chairs the Diversity Committee, created to address issues of racial balance and fairness in city agencies and the community at large.
In representing her constituents, Tiffany has worked towards and formed legislation to address issues of fairness in policing, racial justice, health, handicap access, low income housing, improvements to conditions in existing housing, and generally being a vocal supporter and tireless advocate for the people in her community.
